DELIVERIES

We endeavour to deliver your products within 3-5 days of your payment being received in our account. You need to make sure you provide us with the updated address so that you receive the products on time without any delay.

Normally, the stock of our products is updated constantly on our website. However, in case of the ordered product being out of stock, you will be notified, and the amount charged for that product will be refunded automatically without any inconvenience on your part.

DEFECTIVE GOODS

We have a strict policy of checking the quality of our goods before packing. But if you somehow receive defective goods, please contact us at our email address. Your complaint will be responded to within 24 hours. You will then be notified about the arrangement for the return of goods or may even be asked to dispose of them. The amount charged for the product you had ordered will be compensated by mutual agreement.

AMENDMENTS OF ORDERS AND CANCELLATION RIGHTS

So, if you want to amend your order even after the payment has been processed, you can do so by contacting us straightaway through email. But please note that if your request is received more than 24 hours after the payment, we may not be able to amend your order as it may have already been dispatched.

CHARGES

Our policy is to use a flat rate of delivery on all orders. However, if your order exceeds £100 in amount, the delivery charge will be double the usual rate. You will be notified about the charge through email.

TRACKING YOUR DELIVERY

A tracking link will be sent to you through email as soon as your delivery has been booked. You can use this link, which will take you to our courier’s website, to track your order and keep updated with its status.

ORDERS REQUESTED TO BE LEFT IN A SAFE LOCATION

If you wish to have an order left in a secure and safe location, you should contact us as soon as you have placed your order with your request.

Sometimes this may not be possible, but please note that ANY ORDER LEFT AS REQUESTED BY YOURSELF IN A SAFE LOCATION IS AT YOUR OWN RISK and NokarOnline will not be liable to compensate orders that are damaged or lost.

RETURNS:

It is possible to return our products, provided they are non-perishable and sealed. However, the return would be conducted at the buyer’s expense and the delivery charges are non-refundable. If you wish to return your order, contact us through email and you will be notified concerning the arrangement of the return.
